ISVs need faster time to market and collaborative development environment. The requirements are driven by the market and are dynamic in nature. Our agile development practices allow you to align your development with your business values, priorities and time to market. At the same providing complete visibility, inspection to detect any variances and adaptations to reach the required development goals. It allows us to develop purpose built products and features based on your strategic priorities. We aim at providing working pieces of software at various stages of the product development life cycle. Our agile process is flexible to accommodate changes at different stages.
Our Requirement gathering process is matured and complements our agile methodology. In our requirement gathering phase our internal business analysts (BAs) act as product owners. These BAs gather requirements with constant communication with your product stakeholders and bridge the gap between the offshore team and the stakeholders.
They research your audiences, empathize with your customer types, co-relate functionality & develop a deep understanding. They then communicate this via a full blown requirements definition and details document which is first sent for your review. With a couple of iterations for changes and your final approval we have the full 'features and requirements' document.
